The Process

First off, we talk about the business you are doing and the ways we can spice it up. This includes understanding your needs and your pain points and the solution that would help you the most.

This is where we address issues at hand and outline the way to reach your goal. Typically This consists of choosing the right tools for the job and defining the scope of project.

By the end of this step, we'll have nailed down the form of our business interaction. Be it Waterfall model, Incremental development or something completely else. The scope of project is defined, the time and functionality frame is set and we are ready to start paving.

With the help of the prepared plan we'll prepare the solution to reach the set goal. Typically this complete solution can be split up into parts and as individual parts are being finished, they will be unveiled to you for acceptance and revisions.

As long as the revisions are in mostly line with the goal and designed solution, they are part of the process. Should your requirements change along the building phase, we'll have go back to Planning and start building anew. To keep the workload in check with the budget, it's always favourable to Measure twice and cut once.

As the building phase approaches the finalization, so does the handover which concludes the Building step and transitions the project into the Maintenance step.

Finalization of a project does not mean its end. On the contrary finalization of a project is start of its production phase during which foreseen and unforeseen situations may occur.
